Loads of people were sharing on twitter and writing blog posts about this challenge, and it peaked my interest. The challenge is being hosted by Novel Knight and you can find all you need to know about the challenge in Austine’s blog.
The main focus of the challenge it’s to get you to read those books that you end up putting aside for new releases. I thought this would be a great challenge to do, to help get my physical TBR down.
I’ve decided to pledge 20 books for this challenge. However, that doesn’t mean these will be the only books not from 2018 that I would read, but will be the ones prioritised! If I do get to knock my TBR down a bit I will be very happy.
What I decided to do was to ‘randomly’ (not as randomly as I like to advertise) grab 20 books out of my TBR pile. The ones selected will be the ones I will make sure to read in 2018. No more judgey looks from them.
So here is the list of the 20 tributes! (If you click it will take you to Amazon where you can find out more about the book. Full disclosure that they are affiliated links).

Have you joined the challenge? If you have, what books have you pledged and who’s your team? I’m with the Book Bards!
Have you read any of the books on my list? If so, let me know what you think of them in the comments, but please no spoilers or as Liam Neeson’s puts it best “What I do have are a very particular set of skills. Skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. (…) I will look for you, I will find you and I will kill you.”
Let’s go Book Bards!
